About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales role involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath remodeling solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design personalized bath solutions using company software
• Present pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve performance
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in in-home or outside sales preferred
• Willingness to train motivated individuals with strong potential
• Background in home remodeling is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in the Anaheim area
• Confidence presenting and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, effort, and experience. This role is ideal for individuals motivated by high income potential and flexibility.
