About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of 1HundredXRoofing—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative roofing and bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This is an exciting outside sales role where you'll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell premium home improvement products.

This position requires a high-energy, go-getter attitude, the ability to thrive within a company rooted in Christian values, and residential construction experience to confidently guide homeowners through bath and roofing options. Candidates must also have 2+ years of in-home sales experience to excel in this consultative role.

Your Responsibilities

• Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
• Participate in weekly sales training to continually sharpen your skills
• Use our intuitive software to design customized bath and roofing solutions
• Deliver pricing and close sales consistently
• Represent 1HundredXRoofing with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every home

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience (required)
• Residential construction experience (required)
• High-energy, go-getter personality (required)
• Ability to work well within a company grounded in Christian values
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and local residency
• Confidence in delivering presentations and speaking with homeowners
• Independent, goal-oriented, and disciplined work ethic
• Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social and consultative environments

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance, effort, and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is money-motivated and values flexibility in their schedule.
