As an In Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre qualified homeowners to present customized bathroom remodeling solutions tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets. This is a field based, consultative sales role that blends modern technology with a personalized approach. All leads are provided and you focus on selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, solution focused sales presentations using an iPad

• Design customized bathroom solutions using intuitive software

• Present accurate pricing and confidently close sales

• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills

What You Bring

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Previous in home sales experience preferred with home improvement or remodeling background a plus

• Reliable transportation and local residency required

• Professional, confident, and persuasive in client interactions

• Self motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced environment

• Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers
