Hydrafacial is hiring a Regional Sales Director – France on a fixed-term contract (FTC) to strengthen our team. This position will lead the capital sales Managers (responsible for device sales), Business Development Manager (responsible for consumables sales), Inside Business Development Managers and Regional Training Specialists (responsible for new installation & new therapists' training). This role will be target-driven and focus on managing, motivating and supporting the team to achieve or overachieve the Country assigned goals.
The Role:
This position will have the responsibility of managing Capital Sales Managers (charged with sales of machines), Business Development Managers (charged with sales of consumables). This role will be focused on objectives and will consist of managing, motivating and supporting the team in order to achieve, or exceed, the assigned objectives to the country.
Your Missions:
- Implement a sales strategy (machines and consumables) aligned with local and international objectives in order to achieve and exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Work in liaison with local sales, marketing, and training functions to ensure that training needs are covered and that teams have the necessary skills to achieve their objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team by providing regular guidance and field accompaniment to support learning and development.
- Ensure that the team plans its activity correctly, respects the set priorities, and completes the administrative reporting and call systems.
- Ensure that the team meets the performance standards defined by the company's policy.
- Maximize opportunities to meet and develop relationships with potential new customers.
- Be involved in the development of key opinion leaders (KOL) to ensure the best promotion of our brand.
- Develop excellent customer relations with key accounts in the region, with the support of the regional sales team.
- Assist at trade shows in the country and sometimes in the EMEA area to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are recorded accurately in the company CRM tool for comprehensive record-keeping and analysis.
- Maintain high standards of data quality within the CRM system to support reliable reporting and decision-making processes.
- A high focus on discipline in the sales process and understanding of financing tools (e.g. leasing process).
- Foster a great culture and winning WON TEAM spirit amongst sales members including a 'do what you say you are going to do, no excuses mentality.'
- Stay close to the sales funnel and consumables performance to predict quarterly performance on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ensure a healthy pipe generation by CSMs including CSM generated leads as a core competency.
- Ensure the right team spirit by CSMs including maximising revenue in the current quarter [and not gaming the system when experiencing a more challenging quarter].
- Active participation on, and contribution to, the country related leadership team including regular attendance to key meetings.
- Participation in key transformation projects e.g. Project LOVE.
- Understand the changing customer landscape and ensure that Hydrafacial's product offering [device pricing, device financing, bundles etc.] enable the country to meet its capital & consumables sales target.
Profile Sought:
Experience / Skills / Education
Obligatory:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical or aesthetic sales.
- Passion and proven track record in selling capital.
- Experience of team management in a highly driven, fast paced and stimulating environment.
- Ability to lead and supervise people thoughtfully, diplomatically, and fairly, with empowerment emphasis and awareness of preventive-conflict-management.
- Ability to plan, budget and implement a strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong personality with confidence in presenting scientific and clinical concepts on various levels.
- Competent in MS Office and ideally CRM and possess analytical skills to facilitate effective management of team and business metrics.
- Social Intelligence, maturity, manners, attitude, class, and awareness of the importance of the company image.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Naturally disciplined.
- Strong leadership skills required, specifically an ability to cut through excuses and ensure performance: Lead Generation, demos and closing.
- Ability to flex situational leadership style.
Desired:
- Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Degree level education preferred, not essential.
- Other EU language skills.
