As a Climate FinTech, we at Bees & Bears are convinced that capital is the key to accelerating the energy transition. The challenge we face is enormous: by 2050, 150 trillion euros (!) must be invested worldwide to achieve climate neutrality. 65% of this investment must be financed by loans.

Our mission is to channel capital into the sustainable economy to accelerate the transformation and make the world greener.

What we do:

We work closely with manufacturers and sellers of green hardware such as energy storage systems, solar panels, and heat pumps – and enable their customers to finance the installations in installments. Our platform provides the technical and financial basis for this. Thus, we accelerate the energy transition concretely – for households, for partner companies, for the planet.

Recently, we have raised a financing volume of 500 million euros to make 25,000 households more sustainable in the next two years. In doing so, we save millions of tons of CO2e.

Tasks

We are looking for a highly ambitious person to join the cockpit of Bees & Bears at an exciting time and strengthen our sales team.

• Gaining new B2B partners: You will convince installation companies and dealers of heat pumps, photovoltaics, and other climate protection technologies to become part of our financing platform and tap into a market with over 16,000 potential partners in Germany alone.
• Building and expanding the operational business: You will actively contribute to expanding our partner network. Here you will work in the "Partner Acquisition" team at our location in Berlin Mitte.
• Sales funnel: You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from proactive outbound phone calls (to "fresh" untouched or warm first contacts) to written online communication and professional online demos.
• Processes and structure: You will maintain and optimize our sales processes, databases, and CRM systems and look beyond the horizon. Structured work is just as part of your repertoire as a clear eye for detail.
• Drive and perspective: You are energetic, think agile, and drive your topics forward with much engagement on your own. Every partner you gain supports the expansion of renewable energies and saves dozens of tons of CO2e.

Qualification

• You want to make a significant contribution to combating the climate crisis and are ready for a new challenge that really makes a difference.
• You have professional and practical experience in new customer acquisition, sales, or similar.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with plenty of room for personal growth.
• You have a natural sense for people and their needs and possess very good sales and communication skills.
• You know your way around CRMs: and you know how to keep a sales pipeline alive.
• You master German at a native level and speak good English.
• You set high quality standards for yourself and bring a high level of responsibility and proactive work ethic.
• You want to constantly develop yourself and bring a high level of learning and performance motivation.
• Even if you do not meet all the criteria, but you are passionate about the task, this is not a disqualifying criterion for us.
