- The Division Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Director and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to exceed sales goals. - This role includes hiring, resource planning, and performance management of the Hematology Sales Representatives. - The Division Sales Manager will lead a team that collaborates with the Targeted Accounts Team and Solid Tumor Franchise. - The position requires a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or an MBA. - The role involves significant travel, estimated at 50%, to support the sales team and business development efforts.

- The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales management, particularly in Hematology. - A proven track record of success in a management role is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a sales team effectively. - Candidates should possess a strong understanding of specialty sales, including reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes. - The successful individual will be results-oriented with a strategic focus on sales and the ability to engage in developing new business. - Strong analytical skills are necessary to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
