This role will report to the Director of Sales and is responsible for actively managing Bellwether Coffee's sales pipeline. The position will grow the qualified lead pipeline for Account Executives across both inbound and outbound efforts, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams. The SDR's duties will include lead flow management, qualifying leads, prospect communications, and reporting with the goal of maximizing both near term and long term revenue for Bellwether. This is a high-impact entry role with a clear path to Account Executive as our customer base and team continue to grow.
