- Experienced in selling into Human Resource teams, including Directors, VPs, and Total Rewards/Benefits - Skilled in a consultative approach to understand prospects' pain points and provide tailored solutions - Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels - In-depth understanding of the health, benefits, pretax, or fintech/payment space - Passionate about staying informed on HR industry trends and market dynamics
