Domestic Enterprise Sales Manager (m/w/d)

In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding Fiserv's market presence in the EMEA region and driving sustainable revenue growth in the enterprise segment. As a strategic partner at the executive level, you will be responsible for complex sales processes and make a significant contribution to positioning Carat as a leading end-to-end payment solution.

You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that fosters innovation and sales excellence, and build long-term relationships with major clients.

Your Tasks:

  • Identification and acquisition of new sales opportunities and achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Increase enterprise revenue in the EMEA region through the sale of the Fiserv solution "Carat" (including merchant acquisition, terminals, gateways, and value-added services)
  • Focus on defined target segments such as retail, gastronomy, QSR, hospitality, mobility, gaming/gambling, and financial services with an omnichannel approach
  • Development and implementation of sound go-to-market strategies to generate business growth
  • Creation and optimization of pricing models and contract structures in line with company goals
  • Analysis of market, competition, and customer information to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintenance of a transparent and current sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Development and management of strategic account plans for relevant opportunities

What You Should Bring:

  • Extensive experience in sales, particularly in merchant acquisition or in the payment/Fintech environment
  • In-depth understanding of modern payment technologies, especially omnichannel platforms, gateways, and terminals
  • Strong network and reliable contacts with major clients in relevant industries
  • Proven success in independently closing complex deals – from negotiation to contract signing
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
