- The MDI Sales Executive will be responsible for building strategic relationships with senior leaders to acquire new clients for Fiserv products and solutions.
- This role involves selling solutions within Issuer Solutions, Card Services, Treasury Payments, Deposit, and Merchant Solutions.
- The Sales Executive will need to establish regular communication with clients at all levels, effectively articulating the Fiserv value proposition.
- The position requires leading multiple opportunities concurrently through various stages of the selling cycle.
- The candidate will be expected to build and revise a territory plan to maximize business opportunities.
- Negotiating pricing and contract terms while collaborating with relationship management on cross-sales opportunities is a key responsibility.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development roles is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Experience in technology software or services sales to large accounts will be highly beneficial.
- The candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of solution selling and be able to navigate a dynamic, matrix environment effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, indicating a diverse communication skill set.
