Ensure the approval routing for commercial and consumer lead assignments is executed with minimum errors
Ensure that cold lead assignment count is following the strategy presented by the Sales Ops and Enablement manager
Collaborate with members inside the group on additional approval routing as needed. Ex: Monthly distro reset, kickbacks, email assignments and reassignments.
Assist as necessary on distribution updates based on capacity and closing PTO.
Navigate Salesforce CRM for routing, data integrity and reporting
Unique skill set: Task management, time allocation and efficient communication.
Continues education: Industry knowledge, product updates, client communication, soft skills
Foster Collaboration Between Sales and Sales Ops: open communication and data sharing
Associate degree/ Bachelor Degree preferred or related work experience
2+ years of experience in a deadline driven role
Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate through various software systems
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word
Intermediate knowledge in Excel; V-lookups, Pivots Tables
