Key Functions:

  • Promotion and Demand Generation: Implement marketing and sales strategies in medical nuclei, hospitals, and pharmacies, respecting good practices.
  • Planning and Execution: Meet assigned itineraries and goals, maintaining detailed records of activities performed.
  • Strategic Analysis: Interpret market audits and data to identify opportunities and design profitable actions.
  • Product Knowledge: Master the portfolio and competition to ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Investments: Control the distribution and documentation of promotional materials.
  • Monitoring and Reports: Detect and report anomalies, such as adverse events, and prepare accurate reports within established deadlines.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Collaborate with the commercial area to ensure the placement and rotation of products in key pharmacies and hospitals.

This position combines skills in promotion, strategic analysis, and commercial relationships, being crucial for the success of the business and the presence of the products in the market.

Academic and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, such as Health Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, or Administration.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

Previous Experience:

  • At least 5 years in promotion or demand generation of pharmaceutical products.
  • Experience in negotiation with pharmacies, hospitals, or clinics.
  • Analyze and interpret data and audits to generate profitable action plans.
