Job Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and develop new regional clients (including miners, mining farms, and crypto-related enterprises) and potential investors to drive sales of our bitcoin mining rigs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their mining equipment and operational requirements.

Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas for mining rigs. Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maximize revenue growth.

Global Power Resource Sourcing: Research and identify high-quality global power resources (e.g., hydro, solar, wind, or low-cost grid power) across key mining regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia). Collaborate with local partners, power suppliers, and government entities to evaluate power availability, cost, and regulatory compliance, and secure reliable power solutions for clients' mining projects.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor regional and global crypto-mining market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., crypto policies, power tariffs) to adjust sales strategies proactively. Submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, client feedback, and market insights, to the sales leadership team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, delivery, and post-sales service for clients. Coordinate with the finance team to manage client payment terms and resolve any billing-related issues.

Qualifications

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in sourcing power resources for mining projects or collaborating with energy suppliers is a strong plus. Understanding of bitcoin mining fundamentals, mining rig specifications (e.g., hash rate, power consumption), and global mining trends (e.g., regional mining hotspots, regulatory landscapes). Understanding of key players in the mining industry (e.g., miners, farms, equipment manufacturers) and crypto-investor networks.

Skills & Abilities: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to network effectively with clients and partners. Proficiency in researching and evaluating power resources, including cost analysis and regulatory compliance checks. Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Russian) is a plus. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Other Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30-40% of the time) to meet clients, attend industry events, and evaluate power resources. Understanding of international trade procedures (e.g., customs, logistics) for mining equipment is preferred.
