Our Sales Account Executives are master storytellers and passionate about working with prospects and customers to establish, develop, and further deepening relationships. They help purpose-driven organizations achieve their social impact goals, forge meaningful connections to their organizations, and drive direct impact within their communities.
We are seeking high-energy, sales-driven professionals and/or non-profit fundraising experts to guide prospects to Blackbaud's proven software solutions. You will serve as key contact and liaison between Blackbaud and potential clients during the initial sales process by quickly closing key plays driven by inbound leads. Ideal candidates should be results-oriented, possess outstanding customer-facing skills, and have a proven track record selling CRM/SaaS or Fundraising software solutions from the ground up within a high-velocity selling environment. Other successful candidates will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising goals with demonstrated success in raising money with priority being given to those with specific Blackbaud product experience. Bi-lingual in English and French is preferred as Blackbaud continues to grow business across Canada, including Quebec.
