✨ About The Role
- The Sales Solutions Consultant will be responsible for presenting Blackbaud's Nonprofit solutions, particularly Blackbaud Altru, to prospects and customers.
- This role involves driving bookings and revenue by demonstrating the value of Blackbaud Altru and other nonprofit solutions.
- The consultant will need to demonstrate technical proficiency in Blackbaud Altru and understand the value drivers for the solutions.
- The position requires leading discovery discussions to qualify or disqualify opportunities and uncover client needs.
- The consultant will assist with RFPs, RFIs, and other enablement requests while providing constructive feedback to sales teams.

- The ideal candidate will have nonprofit fundraising, financial, or operational experience, with a preference for those with Arts and Cultural sector experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Blackbaud Altru or equivalent industry experience is required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence others through demonstrations and written communication.
- The candidate should possess analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving, with high attention to detail.
- Experience in developing and delivering presentations to both executive-level and working-level audiences is crucial.
