Job Summary:

The Delphi Administrator & Sales Analyst at Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Delphi (Amadeus) Sales & Catering System, ensuring its effective use by the sales and catering teams across both resorts. This role provides data-driven insights, generates reports, ensures the integrity of sales and event data, and supports the CVent system and lead distribution process. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the position works closely with sales leaders, event planners, and revenue management to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Job Specifications:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort & Red Mountain ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-TimePay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

  • Delphi System Administration & Database Management: Maintain and optimize Delphi (Amadeus) Sales & Catering System, ensuring data accuracy, user access, and system performance. Update configurations for guestroom types, function space, lead sources, and competitors, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support for the sales and catering teams.
  • Lead Management & CVent Administration: Track, distribute, and analyze incoming sales leads from CVent, the property website, and other sources. Maintain CVent venue listings, ensuring content and images are up to date. Monitor lead response times and conversion rates, providing insights to leadership.
  • Sales & Catering Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyze key reports, including group booking pace, sales manager activity, lost business, and owner presentations. Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking, ensuring data integration with business intelligence tools.
  • Troubleshooting & System Support: Act as the primary contact for system-related issues, resolving technical problems and escalating complex concerns. Conduct routine system audits to ensure data consistency and best practices.
  • Sales & Event Operations Support: Assist with building bookings, contracts, and BEOs in Delphi, ensuring seamless integration between sales, catering, IT, and revenue management teams. Support CRM processes, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or CRM/database administration in hospitality.
  • Prior experience managing Delphi (Amadeus) or other sales & catering systems required.
  • Strong knowledge of CVent, hospitality CRM tools, and lead management platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in hotel sales, catering, event management, or revenue analytics preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide system support to sales and catering teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including supporting urgent system needs or report requests.
