Sr. Program Manager, Sales Delivery

Bloom, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sr. Program Manager to take the reins of one of our high-impact Telesales programs. In this role, you'll lead a team of talented call center agents and frontline leadership, driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence from the ground up.

Performance is at the heart of this role and team, with a constant focus on optimizing outcomes of conversion-ready leads. As a leader, you'll be relentlessly evaluating data, assessing call flows, and modifying the team's sales approach to drive success.

If you're passionate about being rewarded and creating a culture where KPIs aren't just met but consistently crushed, and where coaching, strategy, and execution come together seamlessly, we want to hear from you. Bring your leadership edge and let's build something exceptional together.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:

  • Own performance metrics by ensuring sales goals, client KPIs, and productivity benchmarks are consistently met or exceeded through proactive leadership and performance management.
  • Drive daily sales execution by coaching Supervisors, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates and connect ratios, and maintaining momentum toward team targets.
  • Uphold quality and compliance standards by monitoring real-time interactions, leading targeted coaching sessions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize workforce management through precise oversight of attendance, schedule adherence, and service level performance to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Use data to lead effectively by analyzing performance trends and call data to inform strategy, guide resource allocation, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Develop frontline leadership by mentoring Supervisors with ongoing feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting career growth and succession planning.
  • Lead and support new initiatives including program launches, alignment with Client Services, and execution of sales strategies that reflect client expectations.
  • Ensure clear communication across frontline teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging and timely updates.
  • Cultivate a strong team culture by promoting accountability, maintaining morale, and fostering a high-performance, results-driven environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements based on data and frontline insight.
  • Lead from the floor by staying engaged in daily operations, resolving issues in real time, and modeling best practices in a fast-paced call center setting.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 4+ year of prior experience working in Medicare and the health solutions industry
  • Active Health Insurance License is required and must be in good standing
  • Strong, sustained performance and leadership behaviors on complex or large programs
  • Minimum 3 months in Program Manager, Sales Delivery II position

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Microsoft Products: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • People-First Leadership: Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire diverse teams; adept at adapting to various learning styles and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Sales-Focused Mindset: Deep understanding of Telesales operations with a strong track record of analyzing conversion metrics, motivating teams, and implementing strategies to drive consistent results.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines, Medicare Advantage, health and life insurance products, and Telesales best practices.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in problem-solving and operational troubleshooting, with the ability to interpret performance data and take quick, effective action.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using call center technologies, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards to manage teams and track key metrics.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate expectations, influence stakeholders, and align teams around common goals.
  • Operational Agility: Demonstrated success in leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments with shifting priorities and demanding timelines.
  • Professional Presence: A composed, reliable, and approachable leader who models accountability, integrity, and high-performance standards.
