Your Responsibilities

We are looking for talent for our sales point in Oporto, at El Corte Inglés.

We seek to integrate into the team:

• A Sales Assistant with a 40-hour weekly contract (full-time).

The profile should have proven experience in fashion stores and availability to work on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

We want you to be the visible face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values, while contributing to sales and offering incredible customer service. You will be their biggest ally:

• Accompanying customers throughout the entire purchase process, conveying our values throughout the experience.
• Maintaining the store with an image aligned with the brand's values.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse organization.

• What will make you shine with us? Key skills and experiences:
• We value positively a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• That you like to sell, promoting cross-sales and offering alternatives. Together with your colleagues, you will be key to achieving the store's objectives.
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Knowledge of a second language is positively valued.
