Your Responsibilities

We are looking for talent for one of our sales points in Oporto (El Corte Inglés).

We seek to integrate a Sales Assistant with a 40-hour weekly contract and proven experience in fashion stores, available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

We want you to be the visible face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values, while contributing to sales and offering incredible customer service. You will be their biggest ally:

• Accompanying customers throughout the entire purchase process, transmitting our values throughout the experience.
• Maintaining the store with an image aligned with the brand's values.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse organization.

What Makes You Shine With Us? Key Skills and Experiences:

• We value positively a minimum experience of 6 months as Sales Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• That you like to sell, promoting cross-sales and offering alternatives. Together with your colleagues, you will be key to achieving the store's objectives.
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Knowledge of a second language will be valued positively.
