What We Are Looking For

We are looking for talent for our sales point in the Centro Comercial Vasco da Gama (Lisbon). We seek to integrate into the team:

• 1 Sales Assistant (25h weekly, part-time contract)
• 1 Temporary Sales Assistant (20h weekly, from November 3 to January 18) to support the Christmas campaign

We want you to be the visible face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values, while contributing to sales and offering incredible customer service. You will be our biggest ally:

• Accompanying customers throughout the entire purchase process, conveying our values throughout the experience.
• Maintaining the store with an image aligned with the brand's values.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse organization.

What Will Make You Shine With Us

• We value positively a minimum experience of 6 months as Sales Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• That you like selling, promoting cross-sales and offering alternatives. Together with your colleagues, you will be key to achieving the store's goals.
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Knowledge of a second language is positively valued.
