Junior Inside Sales Support Specialist – Dynamics 365
Typical Day in the Role
In this position, you will act as a sales Consultant supporting the North America Non-Profit account team. The role focuses on outbound engagement with non-profit affiliates, responding to inbound inquiries, managing follow-ups with customers, and ensuring campaign progress is tracked accurately. You will also play a key role in making sure the team adheres to defined processes and procedures, while driving customer engagement and supporting documentation needs.
In This Role, You Will
- Support outbound sales and engagement efforts for non-profit affiliates across North America.
- Manage inbound requests from customers and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and help track campaign progress through established systems.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure alignment with processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Prepare documentation, status updates, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative in managing tasks independently while contributing to team goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for both inbound and outbound customer engagement.
- Track, update, and maintain records of customer communications and campaign metrics.
- Support internal teams with documentation and adherence to operational procedures.
- Provide consultative sales support tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations.
- Help identify opportunities for improving outreach efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales consulting, account executive, or inside sales support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Dynamics 365.
- Ability to document, track, and report on processes and campaign progress.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage customer and team interactions.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the non-profit or philanthropic sector.
- Background in technical sales support or solution documentation.
- Experience supporting account teams in large or distributed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, work with minimal oversight, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $15/hr. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
