Responsibilities

  • Convince dentists and dental professionals in your region (Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, and Hesse) of our SAFEDENTAL concept.
  • Go the extra mile in customer dialogue - we sell an explainable premium product, so it can be a "little more."
  • Conduct qualified consultation meetings on-site, by phone, and MS Teams.
  • Plan your field service appointments strategically and well-structured in your region.
  • Our back office and sales partners support you with qualified leads and you are self-motivated through smart actions.
  • You work closely with our team in Münster, but have free rein in your region for clever ways to achieve results.
  • You work stringently in the CRM, provide input for sales approaches, and make your strengths visible.

Qualification

  • You have sales in your blood - customer contact motivates you and goals drive you.
  • You can conduct empathetic consultations and also sell persuasively.
  • You do not need a rigid sales schedule, but find your own creative ways to inspire our future customers.
  • You work independently, reliably, and let yourself be measured by your performance.
  • You are excited about a meaningful, established product - but also about clear numbers, real responsibility, and commission.
  • Driver's license class B & travel readiness.
  • Secure handling of office tools (Outlook, Excel, MS-Teams, CRM systems).
