Blue Safety stands for innovative hygiene solutions that meet the highest standards in the dental sector. We protect patients, staff, and practitioners from infections and dental practices from high costs, downtime, and liability risks. Become part of the team and actively build our customer base as the first line of sales!

Responsibilities

  • You convince dentists and dental professionals in your region (Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, and Hesse) of our SAFEDENTAL concept.
  • You go the extra mile in customer communication - we sell an explanatory premium product, so there can be a "little more."
  • You conduct qualified consultation meetings on-site, by phone, and MS Teams.
  • You plan your field service appointments strategically and well-structured in your region.
  • Our back office and sales partners support you with qualified leads and you are proactive with smart actions.
  • You work closely with our team in Münster, but have free hand in your region for clever ways to close deals.
  • You work stringently in the CRM, give input for sales approaches, and bring your strengths visibly.

Qualification

  • You have sales in your blood - customer contact motivates you and goals drive you.
  • You can conduct empathetic consultations and also sell persuasively.
  • You don't need a rigid sales plan, but find your own creative ways to inspire our future customers.
  • You work independently, reliably, and let yourself be measured by your performance.
  • You are eager for a meaningful, established product, but also for clear numbers, real responsibility, and commission.
  • Driver's license class B and travel readiness.
  • Secure handling of office tools (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, CRM systems).
