Area Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities (Position Related):

Fully understand the company's strategy and apply it to work. Allocate annual, quarterly, and monthly resources and activities (personnel/budget/activities). Manage and mentor sales representatives to achieve common goals. Comply with all BMS biopharmaceutical behavior and compliance policies. Establish and maintain ongoing contact and communication with doctors and KOLs. Provide excellent customer service, build stable and long-term customer relationships, balancing multiple needs with a quick and professional attitude. Deeply collect customer information, fully understand customer needs, especially in disease management, and share information with managers and seek effective ways to handle customer feedback. Analyze customer types and business opportunities, and convert this information into business plans. Closely track/understand competitors' market activities, and share innovative ideas with managers and team to gain competitive advantage. Maintain strong working relationships with different departments, especially in the field of professional disease education, such as market department, medical and registration department, market access department, business department, corporate affairs department, and immunotherapy strategy cooperation department, to obtain support for decision-making and execution in the region, driving business performance. Manage and monitor key activities - IHM (covering 50% as an on-site observer)/RTM (covering 80% as an on-site observer), manage and monitor hospital-related projects. Demonstrate quick understanding and learning of scientific information, continuously self-study publicly released scientific literature, and participate in relevant symposiums and academic conferences. Communicate clearly, logically, and concisely in diverse contexts, including 1:1 meetings, formal group briefings, and written communication. Through mature communication skills and professional ability, gain the trust of KOLs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, life sciences, related fields. Familiar with the promotion work of local and surrounding hospitals. 4-5 years of sales experience. At least 2-3 years of team management experience. Tumor experience is preferred. Possess good interpersonal communication skills, team cooperation spirit, ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and ability to work under pressure.
