We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Coach, reporting to the Lead Coach at BODY20. This is a full-time or part-time, non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. This is a hybrid coach and sales position. It's a great way to flex your muscles and your sales chops! Primary responsibilities include administering InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions, establishing and maintaining a high level of service according to company standards, providing a high level of personalized attention to members, and maintaining knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products.
Qualifications include a passion for helping others achieve their goals, personable and ability to connect positively with others and drive excellence in Member experience, current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred), CPR/AED certification (preferred), 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred), excellent verbal and written communication skills, honesty and personal integrity, passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry, and time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Essential physical requirements include the ability to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time.
