As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability.
• Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches.
• Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance.
• Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars.
• Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget.
• Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach.
• Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly.
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results.
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management.
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.
