Hybrid role combining remote sales (calls/texts/lead follow-up) and in-person community events in the Royal Palm Beach / Wellington area. Studio opening July 2026.

Must be local to Palm Beach County. Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events.

Who We're Looking For: We are looking for a closer—someone who:

• Moves fast on leads (minutes, not hours)
• Is comfortable asking for the sale every time
• Tracks numbers daily and improves conversion rates
• Thrives on goals, targets, and accountability
• Wants to win

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Own the full sales cycle
• Immediate follow-up: calls/texts within minutes
• Consistent with conversion
• Execute daily outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups—non-negotiable)
• Track performance metrics

Performance Expectations:

• High daily outbound activity (calls + texts)
• Ability to handle objections confidently and consistently
• Comfortable working toward weekly and monthly sales targets

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven ability to close sales and hit targets
• Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person)
• Confidence, persistence, and resilience
• Organized and metrics-driven

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
