Sales Strategy Partner

We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and solutions-driven Sales Strategy Partner to join our team. You'll serve as a key operational partner to our sales leadership by proactively managing projects, embracing and optimizing software tools, and independently solving problems that support our sales growth. This is a perfect fit for someone who's naturally curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited by the challenge of owning operational excellence across multiple workflows.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Sales Admin Oversight: own and continuously improve the back-office support of our sales organization — from CRM hygiene to asset organization and proposal tracking.
  • Project & Process Management: lead multiple operational and sales-related projects at once, track progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal oversight.
  • Tech & Tool Champion: evaluate and implement new software, apps, and AI tools that improve how our team works — from automation to reporting. You must be eager and able to figure out new tools quickly.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: identify operational bottlenecks, propose streamlined solutions, and implement improvements with minimal direction. You will be expected to take initiative and run with ideas.
  • Sales Support: assist with research, scheduling across time zones, CRM management (HubSpot or similar), lead list management, and document creation (presentations, proposals, SOPs).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: liaise with sales, marketing, and executive teams to ensure seamless communication, handoffs, and support across the board.

  • Strong Tech Fluency: comfortable learning and mastering new systems — whether that's project management tools, automation platforms, or CRMs like HubSpot.

Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in a virtual assistant, sales operations, or project management role (BPO experience a plus)
  • Experience working with US-based companies or executives (preferred)
  • Mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, project management, and CRM tools
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and spoken
  • Bonus: Previous experience supporting a sales organization or in a sales enablement role
