- The Commercial Sales Estimator will be responsible for selling commercial and residential roofing jobs to customers in the Cincinnati/Dayton area.
- Duties include estimating jobs, performing take-offs, writing proposals, and communicating with business owners or property managers.
- The role involves generating and maintaining relationships with property managers, general contractors, and other local business avenues.
- The candidate will need to write picking lists, order materials, and arrange for permits.
- Ensuring customers are aware of referral programs is also part of the responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial roofing installation types such as EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane roofing.
- Familiarity with modified, shingle roofing, and metal standing seam roofing is preferred.
- The candidate should possess the ability to read drawings and spec books or be willing to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with business owners and property managers on a professional level.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.
- The candidate should have 1-2 years of customer service experience and preferably experience in the construction or roofing industry.
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
- The ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs is also required.
