Your career as an Outbound Sales Team Lead at Booksy will give you the opportunity to build and execute our outbound B2B strategy from the ground up. Leading a focused team of three, you'll become the technical and commercial go-to for cold outreach in the Spanish market.
You'll be excited by the prospect of designing high-impact prospecting strategies across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone, while implementing cutting-edge Clay workflows for personalized outreach at scale. As a "player-coach," you'll lead by example, testing new sequences and managing your own book of target accounts before rolling successful tactics out to your team.
Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, you'll drive a high-performance culture. Your natural tendency to help others succeed will see you shadowing reps, identifying skill gaps, and providing the continuous feedback necessary to turn talented individuals into elite sales professionals.
