- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales or business development roles.
- A strong background in selling factory-installed components directly to OEMs is essential for success in this position.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is required, with native-level Korean and near-native English skills being crucial for effective communication.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, business, communication, and organizational skills to navigate complex sales processes.
- Experience in working with audio, software, or complex electrical systems will be highly valued.
