This ensures faster turnaround, reliable fulfillment, and operational efficiency. By combining tailored solutions for heavy and high-volume shipments with data-driven operations and real-time tracking, Bosta Box empowers businesses to scale efficiently while maintaining smooth and transparent supply chain operations.

The Role!

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.

What will you do:

• Lead generation through market research
• Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
• Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department
• Identify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment

Who are you:

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the logistics/E-commerce industry is preferable.
• Must be results-oriented and goal-driven
• Outgoing and persuasive personality
• Strong negotiation skills to close sales
• Strong existing working relationships with clients
• Very good English level.
