Within our Urology division, Pelvic Health franchise, we are recruiting a Clinical Sales Representative (H/F) who will work in collaboration with the sales team to achieve the strategic and commercial objectives in the Western region, including the cities of Nantes (Pays de la Loire), Poitiers (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), and Tours (Centre-Val de Loire).

Mission: Provide technical and clinical support in connection with our SpaceOAR product range with a qualitative and quantitative objective.

Technical and commercial responsibility:

  • Accompanying procedures and client training on SpaceOAR
  • Developing client-focused actions including SMART objectives based on the strategy defined in collaboration with the manager and the sales team
  • Interacting with local and European colleagues in the context of clinical, strategic, and technical product sharing
  • Being in contact with European technical support and local customer support for device installation and quality compliance
  • Participating in the follow-up of client training programs of the Franchise
  • Regularly reviewing activity with the manager and adapting to priorities

Clinical Excellence:

  • Maintaining and developing clinical and technical knowledge to support product sales, differentiate from the competition, and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Participating and organizing with the sales, marketing, and training teams in proctoring programs and sharing experience
  • Being active in clinical training and training of colleagues

Pre-requisites:

  • Solid experience in the operating room
  • First experience in the industry is interesting
  • Sense of organization and adaptability
  • Team spirit
  • Creativity and strong proposal to help sales and training
  • Ability to communicate in English at intermediate to advanced level
