About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Cardiology Sales Operations team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams, driving commercial growth and operational excellence. The position plays a key role in shaping sales strategies, interpreting market trends, and delivering actionable insights that advance business performance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. A strong process orientation and ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment at all levels are essential for success.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and prepare impactful presentation materials for sales leadership, executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Independently manage and prioritize incoming project requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, Human Resources, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve shared objectives.
  • Analyze data trends and present strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership focused on business performance, operational improvements, and customer insights.
  • Monitor market trends in sales structures, contracts, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide market-based strategic recommendations to sales teams and leadership.
  • Partner closely with the sales organization to understand challenges and deliver insights for targeted customer engagement and improved sales effectiveness.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in team initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business challenges.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting field sales teams in a matrixed organization.
