We are in search of a talented Sales Manager Executive Meetings to lead our sales efforts for executive meetings and events. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Proven track record in sales management, specifically within the meetings and events industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the executive meetings segment.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful sales plan implementation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attends BEO meetings regularly, conducts site planning sessions with potential clients, and creates proposals and contracts to finalize sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to leverage growth opportunities.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
