What We Are Looking For In A BDR (Inside Sales)

Business Development (Inside Sales) involves identifying ideal targets for enterprise and commercial clients, utilizing various data and market analysis, and engaging with executives through phone, email, social media, and direct mail to generate leads.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, meticulous, and persistent, capable of engaging positively with teams and working independently with enthusiasm. This role offers promotion opportunities to direct sales and provides incentives based on individual performance.

  • Learn and execute standard operations and processes to identify new leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for maintaining high productivity.
  • Engage target company executives and stakeholders in the business.
  • Facilitate discussions on business needs with executives and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Utilize CRM tools to research specific market segments and industries.
  • Be coachable and open to constructive criticism.
  • Be confident and articulate, with thorough preparation and continuous learning.
  • Be driven and self-reliant, prioritizing personal achievements.
  • Be fully committed to proving one’s abilities.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with Salesforce.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with app, website development, or coding.
