- The Country Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a Go-to-Market strategy that aligns with strategic business objectives. - Achieving country sales goals and providing accurate sales forecasting to drive sustainable growth in the Indonesian market is a key responsibility. - The role involves managing the Commercial sales team and acting as a Player Coach to develop the team further. - Collaboration with the Partnership team to implement effective partner programs is essential for maximizing sales goals. - The Country Sales Director will contribute to the future expansion of Braze in APAC while developing accurate sales forecasts and budgets.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in a technologically complex product environment. - A strong background in Enterprise sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals is essential. - The candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience managing a sales team, preferably within the marketing technology industry. - Deep knowledge of the Indonesian market and experience in successfully launching and growing a business is crucial. - The successful individual will have a strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary for effective communication with various stakeholders.
