What you'll do
As the first hire for Sales Operations at Bridge, you will be joining a small and fast-moving GTM team to shape all aspects of reaching new prospects and supporting existing customers in growing their business. Your key mission is to drive net new revenue by spearheading demand generation initiatives and unblocking customers, expansion and cross-selling of products and services to help customers achieve their objectives. Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Develop and refine scalable sales processes and workflows that increase pipeline visibility, shorten sales cycles, and ensure a seamless handoff from lead generation to closed deals.
Data & Analytics: Own CRM management and reporting tools to surface actionable insights into pipeline health, deal velocity, and conversion rates. Build dashboards and reporting structures that enable the team to make informed decisions.
Forecasting & Planning: Create accurate forecasts, set performance benchmarks, and guide resource allocation. Identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions that fuel revenue growth.
Collaboration: Partner with GTM, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to align on sales strategies, improve deal execution, and maintain data integrity. Streamline cross-functional workflows to enhance the customer experience.
Event & Program Support: Support targeted events and programs by optimizing lead capture, follow-up processes, and ROI tracking. Work closely with others in sales and marketing to ensure events translate into actionable pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
Qualifications
5+ years in sales operations or related roles, with a track record of supporting go-to-market teams, bridging technical and commercial initiatives, and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Strong preference for experience in an API-based business and in payments, fintech, or crypto.
Intellectual curiosity to go deep on problems and opportunities, understand the issue, and make sound decisions on how to move the business forward.
