Channel Sales Manager

At Webfleet we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Santiago - Chile.

The Channel Sales Manager Chile is responsible for defining, executing and scaling the indirect sales strategy for Webfleet in Chile. The role focuses on building and managing a high-performing ecosystem of resellers, distributors and technology partners within the fleet management and telematics industry. This position plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market coverage and enabling a scalable model for geographic expansion into neighboring emerging markets.

The purpose of the role is to develop, lead and optimize the channel sales strategy in Chile, driving sustainable indirect revenue growth through resellers, distributors and technology partners, while establishing a repeatable framework that supports regional expansion from Chile to surrounding markets.

Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Define and execute the channel sales strategy aligned with Webfleet's commercial and regional growth objectives.

  2. Identify, recruit, onboard and enable qualified resellers, distributors and strategic technology partners in the fleet management and telematics ecosystem.

  3. Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring strong engagement, performance and alignment with company objectives.

  4. Develop joint business plans with key partners, including revenue targets, pipeline development and go-to-market initiatives.

  5. Design and implement partner programs including incentives, enablement, training and certification.

  6. Drive indirect pipeline generation and ensure execution discipline in collaboration with direct sales, marketing, presales and customer success teams.

  7. Monitor and report channel KPIs such as indirect revenue contribution, pipeline coverage, partner performance, churn impact and profitability. Ensure governance, compliance and consistency of the channel model according to corporate and regional guidelines.

  8. Represent Webfleet in partner events, industry forums and ecosystem initiatives.

  9. Prepare the channel framework and best practices for replication in emerging markets around Chile, such as Peru, Argentina and other prioritized geographies.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management or alliances within B2B technology environments.

  • Strong knowledge of the fleet management, telematics, IoT or mobility technology industry. Demonstrated success in building and scaling reseller and distributor networks.

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and results orientation.

  • Experience working in matrix organizations with regional and global stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience supporting or leading geographic expansion initiatives is highly desirable.
