This role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive sales professional with experience in B2B software sales. You'll be responsible for generating new business, owning the full sales cycle, and hitting aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Identify, prospect, and close new mid-market business opportunities through cold calling, outbound campaigns, referrals, and virtual or in-person events.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up across phone, email, video, and social channels.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that align BrightOrder's solutions with customer needs.
Manage and negotiate contract terms through to deal closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
