- Responsible for establishing a self-sourced pipeline and setting demos with prospects through cold calling
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to showcase how brightwheel can enhance their businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of prospects
- Manage the entire sales process from cold calls to closing deals while working closely with sales and management teams
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales team culture by continuously improving and learning from experiences

- Must have at least 1 year of cold calling experience in a sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals in previous positions
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to empathize with both team members and customers
- Ability to adapt and implement various sales methodologies focused on value selling
- Comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment and constantly evolving goals and processes
