Your new adventure

  • Serve as the primary contact and technical support interface for the global distributor network, including aircraft manufacturers, maintenance organizations, and customers, acting as a key liaison to internal departments.
  • Independently manage the complaints and warranty process, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration in problem-solving activities.
  • Provide support to development projects and play an active role in relevant, subject-matter-driven projects.
  • Prepare, coordinate, plan and implement technical training
  • Act as the technical representative of the company at exhibitions and events, in interactions with aircraft manufacturers, and within the wider aviation community.
  • Continuous improvement of the core service processes and participation in the digitization of our products and services

Your skills and experiences

  • Completed, relevant technical education (HTL, FH, University), preferably aircraft engineering or aviation
  • Good understanding of internal combustion and aircraft engines, their technology, application and diagnosis.
  • Confident use of the common MS Office/CAD programs
  • SAP/Salesforce knowledge is an asset
  • Fluency in English
  • German is a strong asset for the position
  • Excellent teamwork, project coordination skills and a customer and solution-oriented way of working
  • Good perception and communication skills

As part of our commitment to your development, we support pilot training and provide opportunities to gain valuable flight experience on the aircraft in collaboration with a local flying club close to our location.

We offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,240.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
