For our Bruker location in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Sales Order Management Employee (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Administrative work within the sales administration group with the goal of carrying out efficient order processing within the defined response times while ensuring customer satisfaction and in cooperation with other departments such as sales, production, finance, and shipping.

  • Examination of order documents according to internal guidelines and recording of orders in the SAP ERP system / SFDC
  • Examination and approval of orders from our sales companies for production.
  • Follow-up on the processing of customer orders within the production plants.
  • Creation of order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices as well as export documents for international order processing.
  • Follow-up and completion of projects according to predefined controls (e.g., SOX)
  • Electronic archiving of all order-related documents
  • Communication with international customers and distributors as well as with worldwide sales and service branches. Professional support of the sales field service.
  • The employee will take on additional tasks as needed that correspond to their qualifications and serve the operational requirements.

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

  • Industrial clerk / technical clerk or a comparable commercial or business administration degree
  • Professional experience in the commercial and sales-oriented sector, ideally in industry / export
  • Proficient use of common office programs, SAP knowledge, and Salesforce are advantageous
  • Good English skills are required
  • Strong communication skills and resilience
  • Precise and independent working style
