As the Sales Manager, Business Solutions, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building future-ready commercial capability across the Western United States and Canada. This role leads a geographically dispersed team of Account Managers and plays a critical role in shaping regional sales priorities, strengthening client relationships, and aligning people, processes, and partnerships to support sustainable, long-term growth.

The base salary for this position can range from $106,500 - 142,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
