Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As a Senior Training Advisor you will:

  • Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach via phone and email. Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients.
  • Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally.
  • Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses.
  • Gather and document information about the customer and update SFDC - sales CRM, including dates for follow-up calls and more info about the customers.
  • Self-generate and qualify leads.

KPI

  • 45 Average calls per day
  • Achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets. Keeping CRM (SFDC) up to date and client records accurate.
  • Networking with key accounts.
  • Self-Generating Leads.

Candidate Specifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience and a solid understanding of ISO Standards products and services.
  • Based in or near Pretoria.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM.
