Convenient work hours – full-time work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility based upon customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers choose premium windows, doors, and millwork, while meeting sales targets.
• Prepare detailed quotes from blueprints, process orders accurately using CRM systems, maintain customer information.
• Source leads and coordinate with customers and Sales.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, Sales, and Operations for efficient delivery of products.
• Resolve customer questions and service issues promptly.
• Assist with special projects like campaigns and inventory updates.
• Keep the showroom professional and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required. Post-secondary education and/or training preferred.
• 1-year working knowledge of construction and building materials/products, basic understanding how to read a blueprint.
• 1-year sales in the millwork, windows, doors, home improvement, interior design, or other similar industry.
• 1-year working with MS products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, etc.) and CRMs/ERPs – Agility preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment drug test required).
