Head Of Category & Customer Development And Sales Support

We are looking for Head of Category & Customer Development and Sales Support. On this role you could improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insights into the strategy. You will have a chance to develop a commercial strategy for the entire Bunge Spreads portfolio and translating it into profitable activity plans at the customer level. You will be responsible for profitable growth of Bunge business by creating an effective route to market strategy for the entire product portfolio.

On this position you have chance to build a professional image of Bunge in customer relations (by participation in strategic meetings with the clients, presentation of Bunge's strategy, as well as market and consumer trends, preparation of offers, assortment, shelf and activities recommendations).

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsibility for the profitable business development of Bunge SPREADS category;
• Commercial strategy for all brands in the portfolio;
• Defining pricing and distribution strategies for channels and major customers;
• Creating and executing short & long-term business plans for all brands incl. NPD;
• Translating marketing plans into commercial activities;
• Preparing insights & recommendations based on market research internally and for retailers;
• Leading negotiations & top2top meetings with key clients together with KAMs;
• Launching new products on the market – executing winning RTM strategy;
• Managing and developing Category and Customer Development Team (5 people) as well as setting business targets (quantitative and qualitative) for the sales team (55 people) in close cooperation with Sales Director;

Education & Experience:

• University degree in marketing/sales or similar area.
• Minimum 8 years experience in a senior sales/business development/marketing role with experience in team & customer management
• Excellent professional written and spoken Business English;
• Presentations skills (conducting large meetings in front of a large audience and t2t business meetings);
• Computer skills (MS Office);
• Driving license (cat. B);
