As Sales Operations Specialist in GBS centre, you will support the team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of service related to contract management, order management, customer query management, debit / credit memo issuance, and analysis reporting around customer & sales management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sales operations processes and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations for the defined set of customers.

Education & Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service / sales operations / customer management process. Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and CRM platforms. Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and global stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. European time zone business hours.
