Process Executive-Sales Operations

As Sales Operations Specialist in GBS centre, you will support the team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of service related to contract management, order management, customer query management, debit / credit memo issuance, and analysis reporting around customer & sales management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sales operations processes and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations for the defined set of customers.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Carry out contract management process, including contract creation, amendments, and lifecycle management.
  • Work on order management process by creating and amending orders, following up with customers, and ensuring order fulfilment and export documentation compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams for ensuring uninterrupted service to the customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and contribute to its creation and upkeep.
  • Work in customer issue management process by responding to customer queries on time and collaborating across global teams to resolve the issue.
  • Aid in the preparation of quotations in coordination with the onshore customer solutions team.
  • Issue debit notes, credit notes and/or invoice corrections by liaising with concerned teams.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting of customer service and sales operations metrics, such as OTIF analysis, query resolution time, win/loss ratio, etc.
  • Support the team in meeting defined KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and standardization.

Technical: Experience of working in SAP and Salesforce. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools. An innovative mindset with an openness to learning and contributing to automation and digital transformation efforts.

Education & Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service / sales operations / customer management process. Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and CRM platforms. Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and global stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. European time zone business hours.
