Salary: £39,500

This role is office based with potential for hybrid working options available once signed off - this is not a fully remote working position.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be looking after the consumer retentions and re-instatement teams. You'll proactively manage reinstatement sales figures through effective lead management and strong performance management whilst ensuring the quality of our calls is of high priority.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Previous experience of managing employees within a targeted call centre environment. Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks internally. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and self-motivation. Able to make important decisions and day to day decisions without referral.
