 
                                                
                                            Reporting directly to the State Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and driving sustainable financial growth through increasing sales, market share, and forging strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager ensures service quality, productivity, and sales targets are met, while meeting customer satisfaction. Target customers include education, retail, daycare, restaurants, etc. Requirements include:
• At least 3 years Business to Business Sales Experience
• Commercial cleaning or janitorial services experience is required
• Experience completing proposals, and creating & facilitating presentations with all levels of management
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
• Cleaning and facilities management experience is highly desirable
$70-85k DOE plus uncapped commissions/bonuses, benefits (including 401(k)), Car allowance (or company car after 90 days) and expenses
